I was very impressed with this business! Starting with Amber, Dr. Jake's assistant. She was outstanding with my initial exam. Dr. Jake is very knowledgeable and I have 100 percent confidence in him. He's very detail oriented and thorough. And I was extremely pleased with Rachel who helped me with my glasses. She was excellent with explaining the difference between lens types I have never had an optician explain any of this before and I was so appreciative. They have an excellent selection of frames. Dr. Jamie is incredibly knowledgeable and she carefully examined my eyes every time I am in the clinic. She also explains clearly what she found within my eyes. I had a left eye retina detachment due to my childhood eye injury. Without her professionalism, I properly could be with my left eye becomes blind now. The office staff also are very friendly. It is a good environment to be around during the visit. The only thing I dislike was the new eyeglasses frames. They should have models for safety glasses too, or at least there was a catalog for those new frames. I positively recommend any new clients to this Tucson Optometry clinic. They were able to fit me in when I called about having pain in one of my eyes—turned out to be a hair in my cornea. Dr. Jamie removed it with ease & I am feeling so much better. Can’t recommend this place enough!
